Remote Monitoring Services
Dynatrend have had, and do have many VEWS Vibration Monitoring and Condition Monitoring Systems under remote control and interface since 1997.
This work has led to a professional and a very effective routine dealing with reading the VEWS systems from far abroad.
It has also led to a valuable expertise carrying out diagnostics and reporting offering customers instant data and instant service on demand.
The VEWS systems have been installed at Norwegian Offshore Platforms, European PowerStation's, and at Malaysian Offshore Platforms.
Reporting
Reports are issued each month to the customer, followed up with instant alert if something should be developing in the machine.
-A summary report is issued at the end of the year to highlight any changes of importance.
The surveillance systems are normally checked 1 - 2 times a week, for control, and eventual reconfigurations.
Vibration Analysis
Dynatrend is specializing in acoustic and vibration diagnostics of axial flow, compressors, rolling element bearing supported aero and aero-derivative Gas Turbines.
The technologies used for this purposes are also very effective for diagnostics of gear mesh problems and metal to metal contact between stationary and rotating parts in any machinery.
This means that the system is very effective on steam and gas turbines, compressors, step-up step-down gears, reciprocating machinery, etc.
This means that the VEWS concept is very effective as a total solution monitoring for any machine train, having all the features a conventional system provides, and the VEWS features additionally!!
