ACCELEROMETER BRACKETS


Dynatrend AS is manufacturing high quality brackets for additional mounting of accelerometers on turbines.

ACCELEROMETERS

The accelerometers which is standard equipment on the gas turbines, are usually designed for detecting high levels of unbalance only. The signal to noise ratio is therefore too high to be able to pick up low energy acoustic and high frequent signals. If the existing accelerometers can not be used for our analysis, Dynatrend will supply a complete kit with high quality, gas turbine approved accelerometers.

A complete loop will consist of: -Bracket
-Accelerometer
-Cable
-Charge amplifier
-Junction Box
-Galvanic barriers
-Power-supply
The galvanic barriers and powersupply can be mounted inside the VEWS cabinet.

SIGNAL PRE-PROCESSING

In order to be able to extract the important information from the weak and high frequent vibration and acoustic signals, the system carries out a signal pre-processing prior to the vibration analyser. Dynatrend uses different types of signal demodulation and analysis technologies to extract and visualize the data.

WEB INTERFACE

The user interface can be published via the Web, so that authorized users can access the surveillance at any time.

ALARM ANNOUNCEMENT

The VEWS system can send out alarm messages via the Web, e-mail, or to pagers or phones.
